The best mission hands down is the "Nashal Fizz Muscian" mission. It can be found in the Nashal cantina on Rori. The reward is 100cr.....and its just 2 stupid delivery missions, but the items you get to deliver are GODLY!
1st mission = Get a locked container named, "Slitherhorn.....or something". When you examine it the description reads, "This container contains a Slitherhorn used by the Nashal Fizz Musicians'......and absolutely no glitterstim spice at all, no matter what it sounds like when you shake it!" LOL
2nd mission = Get a locked container to deliver named, "Ambient Corillian Wildlife sounds......um.....yeah". When examined, the destroption reads, "This is a recording of Ambient Wildlife sounds......and no spice at all, no matter what anyone tells you!" LOL
BEST MISSIONS......EVER!

Hehhe, nice one! I gotta try those out now
I think the one that sticks out most for me is the Huff darklighter/borvo quest.
It spansthree planets(tat, naboo, corellia), isn't that difficult, has a great reward (polished Krayt Dragon skull) and introduces some cool characters...Huff Darklighter--Biggs's dad and Borvo the Hutt--cool little blue hutt, the only other Hutt I've ever seen :-)

Captured Naboo Royalty.
Pretty easy cave, but kind of fun. It remains more or less unchanged from the early days of the game, so it still has that mysterious aura about it that all quests of that era had. I'm not saying it shouldn't be updated, it's a prime quest that could yield a badge. But... yeah. It's fun...
That and the Zicx Bug Bomb quest. When was the last time you heard someone talk about the Zicx Bug Bomb quest?!

Hey where does this quest start? I know you have to talk to the guy at the Darklighter place on Tatooine first, but then where exactly do you go? I think I remember it's somewhere on Naboo, but where and who do I go see?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I agree. the Darklighter/Borvo missions had the most interesting storyline, it was just a bit easy as you are usually going up against people with the toughness of a meatlump. Cool loot and a cool storyline made those mission fun to do though.

Borvo is in Moenia cantina, at the back. Talk to him, and when you've done his quests you get a rifle to give to Huff to do his.

There are a bunch of enjoyable quests that a lot of people don't know about:
In Coronet Cantina, you help the Corellian Dikat maintain order through show shadowy meathods...
In Anchorhead, as a Rebel, you help guide a woman through her Discovery of the force and Protect her from Imperials (and get over 1000 FP)
In Wayfar (I think) you get nearly an entire Tusken suit for assisting a moisture farmer in 3 missions
In another city, you run 3-4 missions and get a shellfish harvesting tool schematic...
In Mos Taike you help the Mayor and a Militia Member keep the city safe and rescue people...
I happened to find an old listing of a huge number of quests, right here. If people take the time to do things like this, the game opens itself up immensly. And these aren't timesinks like the Hero quests either.

You can do a bunch of quests for Ben Kingal in Mos Taike tooand get (err I mean steal) an at-st helmet. The zicx-bug bomb quest is agood onetoo. Its one of the lesser known quests out there that works. You can start itby talking to Goru Rainstealer in Narmle Rori.

The warren was phenomenal. It took a long time to complete and had some challenging npc's to battle. The 2 badges didn't hurt either.

The Warren - great storyline, has some challenge to figuring things out (and you get lost inside
) - it is among the better content in the game.
The borvo quests are cool. Also enjoyed Jabba's theme park.
Nym's theme park feels a bit incomplete, but it is Lok and Lok rocks
