I know alot of your answers... I grinded it all with no free unlocks and no nades.
All I can say is that when you get Padawan enjoy it.
When you unlock your alt enjoy it even more. Your alt will be alot more fun so make the most of it. Do a template you've never thought of doing and have fun.
Above all ..... you pay for this game so don't turn it into a "Grind" ....... HAVE FUN
HAPPY NEW YEAR

Well on Test Center I already have 2 other alts so the one I get when I unlock isn't really going to do anything for me. I've mastered all but 4 professions in this game So Jedi is the one I really want to play. The village wasn't fun at all. I got boxes for my professions but if I had to do the whole thing I would never be a Jedi. I think the professions were better then the current system but I know i'm part ofvery few that think that. But whatever gets people what they want in the game i'm all for it.

Grinding isnt bad at to me. i just wish the phases changed quicker so i could get Jedi quicker.

The Village Missions are ok, but the grinding is insanely boring...

I just feel sry for new ppl comeing in this game wanting to be a jedi... weeks and weeks of waiting for phase shifts..

Yes! Now that I have the needed FS XP banked finally and I am done with my grind It was long, time consuming and at times infuriatingly boring. But now that this part is over (and yeah i know i got the Jedi grind next lol) and as much time as I put into it, I will love every second of working on the Jedi part of it.

Oh yea, grinding is a blast!
And that is why i'm not grinding
Let the exp come when it comes. Every now and then i'll do a couple missions, but nobody is gunna make me 24/7 grind this!

I believe the Whole Idea is to keep people playing. Long phases means that people will need to keep their account longer to get the "Golden Ring". 3 weeks per phase (just to unlock) and a needed 6 lvl 4 boxes= $$$ to SOE... all the other insane conversion rates and long trials only play into SOE's goal of making money. Then do it again at Jedi.
The fact remains that when you get Master Jedi, the content will be gone again. They just made it take longer for you to have nothing to do.

I dunno what's worse, the fact your right, or the fact we still pay and play.
Well, I play because it's fun. Yep, they got issues, but it's a fun game. as long as they keep adding stuff, I will keep playing.
This game will change when the combat upgrade comes, for better or worse. The idea is that it changed and therefor it's different, and i will "NEED" to play it...
I for one, hope all this idiivisualism gets curved, and we start playing more like a community within a Galaxy. Bring back the Guilds and groups... Then again, it's fun being a loner too
