I spoke to him and he told me he had been meaning to talk blah blah, then I said I would look after this crystal it says that it can be used as a quest book etc, I look in bag but its not there? Will I be able to read the sith waypoint when they come? What shall I do?

er . . .are you sure you clicked the "hey geezer give me my crystal" option and not the other one? chances are, if you didn't get it, he'll show up again . . .he can be annoying that way

I am sure I clicked right options and it was ment to give me it, look at the screenshot of what the old man says to me and it says the crystal I just recieved...

I lost my first crystal but the sith still come twice, so I let them kill me so I could get the old man again but he didn't give the crystal.

ll I cal\n tell you is double check your inventory as sometimes things get moved and one icon blends into another and if it still ins't there . .send in a ticket

I think I've submitted a ticket I sent a bug report? I've checked all over my bag its no where.

I'm not sure if I've sent in the ticket, I've clicked on report bug filled it in and sent it but when I click on open tickets it doesn't display any thing.

no a bug report is not a ticket. it's kind of annoying the way they have the ticket submission set up. open up your holocron and select customer service. then you have to find the topic your looking for (just choose any topic) which provides FAQ. just select the option that this has not answered your question and then you can write up your own ticket.

then it should be answered by next year

Ok, I've sent a ticket now. I assume it will take weeks before its answerd so pretty much I have nothing to do ingame unless I want to go do some BH NPC missions.

there's an odd new bug post-CU (I believe that's when it started) where if your inventory is slightly the wrong size, some items won't appear. Try adjusting it higher or lower.

OMG forgot to ask . . .is your inv full? That could do it too.
