How long do you think it will take for a CSR to come reset my quest flags or whatever they do?

they r probably swamped with tickets because of the phase 1 bug/ Respec, so maybe 1 week!
My m8 had to wait 8 days for a csr to respond to his ticket about the quest bug, then had to beonline when the CSR read his ticket again

I've changed all the views and every thing tryed quitting off if its some visual bug, none of it is working I have submitted a ticket but from what I hear they are very slow on sorting them out.

dunno if som1 has suggested/told you this but....
some players just cant become jedi....maybe ur r one them them
just kiddin 
if u go to the village there is an NPC you can talk to and he WILL give u another crystal. Hes there incases you acidently deleate whilst ur druck, and so on 
its the same NPC you speak to about free unlocks

Happened to a guild mate as well. So far no resolution. Just keep hoping for an update.

Try Yavin4. My friend was doing space missions from here and just about every time he went there the oldman or sith would visit. Given the amount of times he destroyed the crystal or disc to try and get a working one i would say Yavin4 has a very high spawn rate, also it was at the spaceport there. Personally i had visits 3 times while trying to use a banking terminal and once when getting off a shuttle.
