Thread: Phase1 bugged for me, what do I DO!?

hey


I just went to the village to do phase 1 quest and everyone in the village tells me im already on a quest and can not take on another... In phase 4 I hada problem with branch unlock so a CSR unlocked it for me but now in phase 1 I cant do anything


What can I do!?

Hmm, file another ticket, I'd guess. I needed a CSR to unlock my branch for me, also, but then when the phase shifted I got the messages: "You have failed a task for the village..." or something like that and I was able to take my Phase I quests.

I definatly did, so that's probably what's preventing you from taking a new quest. It still sees you as being on the last phase's quest, I would guess.

Btw, what server are you on? Maybe your phase hasn't shifted yet?

Got the same problem, filed a ticket... together with hundreds of others... guess ill get my reply in a few days.

Im still waiting for responce to mine - 10 hours as of now, im counting on waiting several days though. Many tickets probably sent in going, *OMG RESPEC GONE HEELP* or something. Cue should be mighty long.

Anyone who has completed the Phase 4 Defend the Village quest will see the message about failing when you first log on after the phase changes to Phase 1.

Its a system message that is part of the story arc of the village. The defending of the village will always fail. Otherwise there would be no continuing cycle of the Phases since the Sith would all be defeated as far as the story arc goes. Consider it content hehe.

it takes forever for the CSR's to respond... This is messed up
