I too was not able to accept the ranged accuracy mission from cpt sarguilo. I sent in a ticket and less than 3 full days(70 hours) later I was contacted in game by a CSR(who asked me to land since I was in space
) and once I was on the ground he reset my ability to take a new quest, and I ran to the village as quick as I could and everything worked perfectly.

I had the same problem for phase IV.... the CSR accidently unlocked my melee defense branch due to the roll back instead of my Ranged Defense branch.. so i was able to unlock to branches during Phase III.. well when phase IV rolled around it said i hadn't even started my melee d branch quest... could have gotten jedi 3 weeks sooner =(
and to top it off the CSR said i would atleast recive a reward for doing the quest.. and all it said was u unlocked melee d branch... WELL WHOOPIE it was alreayd unlocked.

Under what category did you file the ticket and what did you actually write (How did you explain your problem)?

After precisely 70 hours, (3 days) a CSR just fixed my quest. If you write a very polite ticket and DO NOT DELETE IT TO WRITE A NEW ONE, it will be replied to.

Nobodys ever responded to me...ive filed a complaint about My TKM in. armor craping out on me for two days strait. This was a week ago and nothing. Not even /reports are always answered.

File a ticket and WAIT... I waited 3 days, the CSR misunderstood and closed the ticket, so I had to file another ticket... this time, due to a weekend, it took 5 days... they are really backed up. Pray you get a CSR that has a clue...
