no way range own this one. just use you area attacks and run around... you prolly get more hits registered in the confusion anyway

I'm a TKM with Master Marksman. I completed the quest in a single assault. I just used a scout blaster, tabbed between targets and attacked normally. Was a close call (pirates don't spawn very often), but it was possible in a single attack atleast. Good luck and have fun! *waits for the Old Man*

I think ranged do have big advantage on this, cos as said pirates only seem to spawn after alot of outlaws and thugs have been killed, everybody ganks into them cos pirates are normally one ppl are stuck on, by the time melee reach them alot of them dead. Ive got pistols so i was fortunate, quite enjoyed the quest too.

Combat medic poisons give positive medical experience. You get no combat credit for it even if your poisons do 99% of the damage.


Strafeshot2 is gonna be a big help! Oh grenades and flamethrowers!
