No you would have the same timeline(min 18 weeks), but banking the exp would be alot easier.

Yes I have 6 rows of 4 boxes.
As an update, I decided to work on my pilot skills and spent the past few hours in space. Upon landing I shuttled to my town to drop off some new ship gear and the 'Old Man' was waiting as I shuttled in. Then 2 more old men ran up as well. I was surrounded by old men wanting to talk to me. I felt like Anna Nicole Smith.
So I finished my 24th box last night around 10pm pacific and he showed up for me today mid afternoon. Thats days faster than my entry to the village 6 months ago.
Thanks all for the responses. Now the real work begins.

24 boxes with 2 on each branch would require 12 unlocks. this would take 36 weeks so .. yes, it would take a LOT longer
LOL i just thought about that yeah time line would be longer, but banking the exp would be easier. LOL Long day at work...
