Hi. I was just wondering if theres any confirmed effects of having this branch.
What exactly does this branch help with? Loot?

Any chance we could have a Dev confirm that FS Luck only increases the amount of credits looted and what the proposed FS Luck is _actually_ going to do in the CU / Some other re-vamp?

I realise that it is incredibly difficult to "prove" anything about what the FS Luck skill _really_ does but is there anyone with any experience of it making a difference to crafting or slicing?

the problem is to truely test it someone would have to kill and loot (or craft, slice) a massive quantity of things and put everything into a spread sheet, then get luck and redo it to see if it makes a difference. And it wouldnt be worth doing now since its apparently going to change with the CU. All I can hope is that more FS skills become helpful so people can pick the ones they want and therefor there will be more diverse characters

I've run many Aakuan missions in a sologroup with several jedi knightsin my guild that haveluck 4. I can honestly say that they looted quite a bit more in the same time frame asI did. Not only that but they looted more CAs and AAs aswell as Aakuan rings, robes and so on.
This isn't direct proof but leads me to believe that it does help.

Umm yea it pretty much is.
Loot is all based on Odds
Kill something X times you have Y% to get Z loot...

My jedi has the luck tree and I have had alot better tunes than my guildmates...i only needed to tune 5 premiums to get 3 -9 pearls...my guildmates have tuned at least three times as many and they don't have luck tree

Luck is phase 3 quest. You need novice artisan to do the surveying. you get it from the npc at 5200 -4141. So if you have not done a quest this phase you can get it still. Take about 30-min to an hour to do.
