I'll try to answer that a bit. There are a couple of differing camps on that issue. The first is that it is currently too easy and obvious to get the old man to visit and then grind out Jedi. I.E. something more mysterious would be better.
A second camp is a bit of sympathy actually. I would ask, how much of the game have you experienced? What have you done other then the bare minimum to grind out Jedi? Once you start down the Jedi path quite a few paths and experiences either get closed off or are more difficult to enjoy. Personally, I have been playing for about two years and I am very glad that I have done numerous things in the game prior to going for Jedi as it makes me appreciate other professions and roles in the game more. Just my 2c and not intended as a flame..just a point of view
Well i think this is a another exampel that the glowy trip and FS grind is easy! To easy! No wounder that devs are nerfing jedi alot!
I am also helping a new noob in the guild to be glowy and to start the FS grind, I ill get him form noob to jedi in about 19 weeks! And that from the time he started the game! Its to easy now!

thats a good question. how much have you actually done in game? i took my time getting to the village cause i was enjoying group hunts and quests with my guild, exploring different planets ie just driving around for hours. congrats on being done, ive been playing for almost a year and im still 6 boxes away.....though thatll be solved soon. i think too many players just rush into the game and want to be a jedi and miss out on a lot of experiences.
i agree it is too easy.... esp. with double xp,.... and the act. part of getting the glow...i think they should keep it the same.. but also add a time thing to it.. .like at least 1 year of act. in game days... meaning 365 days.. not had the game for a year.. but the account was suspended twice...
I am grinding my force xp now.. for the phases ( i need 4 more phases)... but i got the game the day it was released... so I feel that I am more than worthy of where i am in the game... I deserve jedi.. no doubt... but to a new guy... that is different...., oh and I think it would not be a bad idea that they make you travel each planet......
It is true that it is very easy to become jedi. But regardless of how much grinding this guy did he still has to wait several more weeks to become a jedidue to the fact that he couldn't have done more than 2 phases within the past 30 (i guess 3 is possible but highly unlikely).
The biggest problem is what the someone else posted above above, which is that you will miss out on many things this game has to offer. Hopefully you'll use the time you have left waiting to unlock to enjoy the game a little and see what is has to offer besides gridning.
Hmm no saying that your not correct.. Just pondering something.. You said you grinded out 10 million FS points in 30 days.. and its true for 6 branches you only need 7.5 million..
But I beleive you can only bank 5.1 million FS. So how could you have done 10 million? Also the phases will still take you 18 weeks..and you would have needed at least 1 or I cant remember maybe 2 trees open to grind those out to bank the 5.1 million for next few phases and then train them...
AGAIN IM NOT SAYING HES WRONG I'm pondering I cant remember exactly what the bank is but I beleive it was 5.1 million FS and if so then this couldnt be correct... not a flame just wodnering the math...
