Just turned Glowwy on my 2nd account and waiting for the old man while i grind the caps....

Planned it all out arounf 490k FS per grind:

900k Medical
1200k Rifles
900k Carbines
900k Pistols
900k Combat

Until... one of my guild informs me combat xp now converts at 30:1, the same as weapons?

IM sorry but if this is true its disgracefull.... spend 6 hours grinding 900k combat for it to be the same as 1 hour of grinding rifles?

I really hope they made a mistake on this one and it will be changed back to 3:1 as combat xp is earnt at the rate of 10% of the weapons xp...

And to the OP...like someone else mentioned, you do have 18weeks to get all this xp. And as another poster mentioned, the grind once you become Jedi is a much longer one.

If its one thing I've learned, its that most people that can spend their time flaming on teh boards typically dont have lifes of their own. If you take the above situation and actually THOUGHT ABOUT IT before trying to think of a way to make yourself sound like a utter idiot, you could see how much time it really doesnt take to do the grind. 2 hours a day, or even 2 hours every other day is nothing. God forbid it take a little effort on your part to unlock the final end game content right?

I still don't see what all the fuss is about.

I never bother trying to cap Combat XP when grinding. I view itas a bonus these days, not the be all and end all of the matter.

When I hit 1.2 mil Carbines and 900K each of Pistols and Rifles, I go convert.

It takes me around 2 hours to cap, and I have a little over 6 weeks before my final unlock.

Things look hopeful to me!!!
