whats teh date pahse 3 starts? i know its 3 weeks after 2 started but i forgot when 2 started lol so whats the date of the start of 3? thanks.

can you only do 1 quest per Phase?
I tried to talk to one of the other villagers and thay said that I've done enough for the village and to go rest??
