Only 1 lock. Phase 4 in tc you could unlock 2 branches doing the quest twice but it could change when it goes live.

I have a different phase 3 question. Is this the phase when you can get luck or is it persuasion??? And what the heck is persuasion anyway? Are we gonna be able to talk the doc trainer in the med center into buffing us if we can't find any docs on the entire server or something usefull like that?? Or is it gonna be like persueding the Npc's into giving us a few more credits for missions or something?

same thing here on chimera.... base disappeared the last day before phase changed..... but other bases were present in other wp, but we didn't have the remotes for them!

Now I know no one knows exaclty when the phase is gonna be here, but could anyone give me just a GUESS or ANYTHING FACTS I DONT CARE as to when phase 3 is COMING AHHHHHHHHHHH if your reading this and you have an idea when PLEASE SUBMIT IT
