how do you make your chat bubble differnt colors? say the inner (white) black and the letters (black) red...?

As far as I know it can't be done. You can change the color of the text in chat bubbles for NPC vendors and barkers though.

i dont think so.. i remember asking the persons i seen with it and they said they had to edit their .txt or something.
