I have no affiliation with SOE, don't complain to me that your server hasn't changed, I really can't do anything about it. In fact, I'd prefer if you didn't complain on this thread at all, there's a timer, it's that simple. This thread is simply to keep everyone informed on when phase switches happen, not to hear you complain about it.
If you're about to write something along the lines of "this is crap why hasn't X shifted yet" or "OMFG Why is X taking forever" please shut down your computer immediately and stop bothering the rest of us who understand what a timer is, you don't complain to your watch do you?
Please do not post any new threads asking what phase it is, or when the next phase will occur, you can post here if your server switches phases and I will keep this post updated:

A small note on how the shift occurs, according to JustG: "A bit more info... the cycles are based on a specific number of seconds (1814400 to be precise) that is ticked off by system uptime. The server resets the day after the cycle has ticked off. Again, the value can change based on village load. And the uptime can be affected by unexpected downtime (like maintenance, etc.) So it really is approximately 3 weeks."

The first column is the last phase change date plus the average number of days between each phase change for that server. The second column is the last phase change date plus 21 (good for an absolute minimum). The normal scheduled resets are on the 31st, 2nd, and 4th.
Note that this is just a guess and may or may not hold true. Unscheduled resets will change things.
Please stop speculating as to whether a server reset is required or not, IT IS REQUIRED! The phases will only shift upon server reset.
Remember folks, this post is only as good as the information you provide, so when your server shifts please post here about it!
Please stopthe postsasking about specific servers, people will post when they shift, I will update when I can. This thread's existence already is the question "Has XXX shifted yet", you don't need to ask.

lol, actually I'm perfectly content for those questions to be in this thread... at least it won't be a new thread clogging the rest of the forums. And as an answer, we just don't know for sure, best guess is sometime around wed-fri of this week.

I actually keep a calender by my desk with when each phase starts and approx. when they end. Yeah ... that's why it's hard for me to get a girlfriend. hah

I think it would be useful to include the date the current phase became active, if known.
Maybe like, "Current Status [As of Oct 09] Phase 2 - All Servers (Since Oct 01)", if Oct 01 was the date Phase 2 started.
Just a suggestion.
