Ssnugles, might it be helpful if your post also indicated when phase 2 went Live? That way we can estimate the end of the three-week phase.
I think I recall reading that Songouki is informally responsible for this forum, so I won't exercise my Force Sticky power here. But I can't say I wasn't tempted to surrender to the Sticky side...

Added the information as to when servers hit phase 2 (by sifting through tons of old posts, if your server is missing and/or incorrect please post here). Added JustG's quote on how the system works (if someone has the link to it handy I'd like to add that for reference sake).
Oh, and a reminder, when phase 3 hits your server, please post it here so I can update, I don't play on every server.

sunrunner went on the 2nd day, i tried when ppl started saying it was in, and couldnt til the next day

Er... that's going to be confusing, please just post here if you have confirmed that a server has switched, the guess posts are going to muddle things.

You forgot Tempest, and I checked today <the 10th> and nada, try again tomorrow
