It was broken before the CU and was still under teh impression that it still was. Not your fault... just a little disappointing that when you come here for information and you get alot of views but no answers.

I completed the ranged speed quest today and the branch didn't unlock. So yes, it's still broken.

not what he meant. a while ago, ranged speed did nothing, however melee speed added +12 melee speed AND +12 ranged speed, while ranged speed branch did nothing

and im not sure

broke for me to, spoke to a csr, they told me to keep a look out for announcements and it should b fixed soon, my 2nd last tree so lets hope so
