Thread: FS boxes, are any REALLY usefull to a Jedi?
Question is, is it worth going out of my way to get the "better" FS boxes such as Melee Accuracy and Speed? Or, all-things-considered, once i get into a jedi template are all the FS boxes about equally useless.
Specifically, scout xp only converts to Heightened Senses FS boxes, which all seem pretty lame. I can get scout xp quicly while i hunt and i like that, but thinking long term, would i be better off spending the time now to get better FS boxes based on combat, so that I have a stronger jedi as he progresses?
Any advice would be appreciated.
from what I've read, if you're going Jedi . . melee speed is worthless as there is a cap on lightsaber speed. However, it will help on the way to jedi ![]()
personally, I'm going for the defenses cause any little bit helps especially since I'm not CL 80 with 2 elite combat profs stacking my general defenses. I also picked up Luck as its supposed to help with loot drops (and I like loot
)

That was under pre - CU, does that still hold true for post CU?
I had picked up Healing under the Heightend Senses, but from what I am reading any 'healing' a Jedi does is under Force Power and the bonuses from the HS tree do not help, thus a wasted tree.
The big thing you need to think about is will you persue Jedi?
To utilize the healing tree in HS, I would need to stay Dr. As with the Survival tree, the bonuses for camping, foraging, mask scent, trapping, and the creature bonuses, will not help your Jedi unless you keep Scout skills or Ranger skills.
It has been confirmed I could drop the Healing tree, and pick up another BEFOREImake padawan.
anyway just a little more info.
Allie.
Melee and Ranged defenses do have a diminishing margin of return. I have no idea what you can get in Jedi for those defenses but at a certain level more points don't do much.
I'm just going to get em done as fast as possible, I don't really see FS making or breaking you at Knight. If you make it that far ![]()

Do you mean that you can respec force boxes?, or just that you can drop your acquired FS skills and re-grind a whole new tier?

You can re-gring, no respec on FS that I know of.
