And if u got help, how long did it take for u to get help?

3 days for me.

I was riding along in my AB-1 about 10 minutes ago (3-Jun-2005) on the wookie planet and I get a system message that my bugged line had been unlocked.

No message from a CSR, ticket was still open. Wanting to make sure before I deleted my ticket, I darted off to Dath. Sure enough, my line is unlocked and I dumped all my xp into it.

Still bothers me that I never got a message from a representative. Makes me curious if they actually did something or the server is just now catching up for some bugged reason.

On my bounty hunter, if I chase down a jedi and he fights back, then runs inside the house, and he does the stand at the door saber throw crap.. I'll sit down and write a ticket and wait if I'm in the mood. Takes a csr about 20 minutes to respond to that ticket usually.

Funny when the csr see's it and he gets ejected from the house and instant incapped, allowing me to db.

As per anything else.. harassment claims.. genuine bug reports.. I get responces back in an hour or so.

What we want to know is not bugged unlock.

I know Imy, the pourpose of this thread is for those on Phase 1 right now, who are not able to do any of the phase 1 quests becuase all NPC's treat them like they still have one.

If you went to any of the quest NPC's phase 1 and got " Oh I see your already bust with someone else ", and filed a ticket to have it fixed, please post it here to see how long it took to get you fixed.

Imy and I ( or at least i do and will admit it ) dont belive the CSR's are currentlly helping anyone with this problem and are just ignoring open tickets about it.

well of course they know about it, we know about the tons of tickets that were put in place for the phase 4 bugs. Chances are the devs have told them to hold off on doing anything, (if the csr's are even capable of fixing the phase one problems) while they work on a fix..

I heard of them helping with some phase 4 bugs, but have yet to hear about any phase 1 help..

Just so you know, I've recently talked to 2 diff CSRs and they've both confirmed that the CSRs are curently working on 2 day old tickets right now. So expect at LEAST a 2 day wait. I've currently wait 29+ hrs myself, but not nearly 48, so at least I have a time frame to consider now instead of the dreaded 'soon' most say.

It took me 4 tries to get someone to reply with anything other than a cut and paste reply. THen when they fixed my phase 4, the CSR logged into my account when i was offline and took my toon to the village. SInce it was phase 4 he turned off combat and didn't turn it back on until I filed an escalated ticket with a live CSR.

I filed a CSR ticket 2 days ago about my Phase 4 Melee Defense bug (see other threads for info on the specifics). I logged in this evening, and I found that CSR had unlocked the proper branch for me. I immediately went to the village and trained with no issues.

Also, its worthy to note, that we are currently in phase 1 on my server, which seemed to have no impact on the CSR's ability to perform the unlock.

iwas stuck when csr came i asked to unlock my bugged phase 4 mission aswell and they did

other ticket mellichae mission a crystal spawned in a house and a csr came and moved it

both were within 30 min of sending tickets

2 tickets.

They misunder stood my first ticket.

Talked to CSR in chat.

2nd ticket fixed me.

prob was 3 weeks total. but if i ignore the misunderstanding then 5 days from 2nd ticket.

I hade a phase 3 mission stuck in my journal.
