Ranged Speed was bugged for me and would not allow me to complete the quest. I sent in a ticket and the next morning a CSR came to the village and unlocked me.

...might be useful to say what server you're on if you don't have it in your info on the left. I'm on Naritus and no response in 4 days, closed that ticket to rephrase (in the hope that it would be more quickly noticed since the phase 4 thing is one of the current top issues) and now I've been waiting for 3 days.

like 3hours for my ranged pseed quest...didnt get the rewward but got the unlock and a shinyflash speeder

I am now a happy man(untill the next bug hits me), last night i got help on my ticket by CSR-austin. He fixed me so that i was able to reseve a quest from Whip. Just hope my next phase wont be bugged.
I filed the ticket on friday and got answered on monday, so aprox 4 days and a few hours

phase 4 melee defense quest or whateveer sarguillo had... sent ticket when i finished missions and it wouldn't unlock.. got reply next day. was about 4 days before the end of phase 4 on Kauri.

I was having trouble with the Sith, they kept giving me bugged datapads. Once I accidentally deleted my campaign disc from the Bestine election, mistaking it for the bugged datapad right next to it; it was back in my inventory within 15 minutes (about how long it took them to respond to each ticket). A friend had a bugged mellichae quest and the csrs responded within 15 minutes then too, and had it fixed in half an hour.
Be very specific about your problem, and if you're lucky it's a recurrent one with a quick fix.
