I failed this stupid quest 4 times now! I do not have the time for this sorta crap! Without melee accuracy I will not be a Jedi and since I can't do the quest I can't be Jedi. So I quit! I am not paying to be craped on like this!
I will come back when they fix the quest! So I can't do anything in game untill the next Phase 3 comes anyway!
Goodbye! This is the straw that broke the camels back!

lmao Where is the I in team?!? there is a m & e though so maybe you have a point, you know screw teamwork and gathering a group together to fight the odds. Screw good old fashion all that! Actually DEV's just give this guy his jedi... just give it to him so he stays because it must to "bugged"... LMAO You have got to be kidding me with this post.

Sadly, I may end up quitting as well. This quest brings back memories of everything bad about SW:G that made me choose to leave last time.

oh guys guys guys, come on...
Where's the thrill of victory if there is no chance of defeat? Where is the pride in your accomplishments if you have none, and if everything is just handed to you? It is not supposed to be a simple thing to become a jedi. Every problem shouldn't have an easy and obvious solution, or else it would be meaningless to be a jedi. People complain that the jedi process is not close enough to how it is in the movies, but look at the facts. In the movies more often than not the heroes are given a daunting task with impossible odds (say for instance, fight your way out of a moon sized space station filled with highly trained enemy troops when you just left your farm for the first time yesterday, or rescue a queen who is surrounded by enemy troops, sneak her back into her own spaceport, kill more bad guys, and fly past a tremendous blockade...) It isn't supposed to be easy, nor should it be. Having this difficult quest makes it more like the movies in a way, because this is an act of heroism in the line of saving a village from being destroyed.
It can be done,it has been done, and is probably right now in the process of being done. Obviously it is a doable quest. So perhaps you shouldn't put all the blame on the quest, but examine yourself more closely.

While it sucks whenever a quest is broken, no one made you attempt this quest. I never attempt anything until I seeif there is anything broken or not. You could have done a different one.
Who said you have to have the melee accuracy tree to be a Jedi? While I'm sure it benefits you more than other trees, its not a necessity.
Good riddance if all you can do is cry about it. Seems like other people are still managing to pull it off.
I'm sorry that SOE can't just hand you a jedi on a silver platter. Broken quest or not, getting a jedi shouldn't be a cakewalk anyway.

LOL! This quest is challenging so of course people complain about it! Get over it. This quest is very doable with teamwork and, heavans forbid, tactics!!! Stop crying and actually earn your Jedi that you are basically being given anyway.

#1: Some of us already have the XP banked for THIS particular quest, and not the reflexes.
#2: Many, Many, Many people have tried and failed as groups several times before succeeding. In fact, the MAJORITY have tried and failed. The little kiddies who show up and say "oh it's so easy" Are indeed the minority. (and half of them not to be believed.)
#3: This is just silly.

Yeah i agree it's difficult.
And the above poster is also right about how many ppl banked the xp for this quest, i did as well.
However, it does help a lot if you bring a friend or even a jedi to help you along the way.
I failed it 2 times and the base stolen from me once which really annoyed me but i did finish the quest.
It takes determination. NOt everything in this game can just be handed to you...
Try it again guys, you still got 2.5 weeks

Excuse me but I have been in a team every time evertime for this damn quest and we failed everytime! We spent the past 2 days trying it again and again and again! Spent hours and hours walking over mountain after mountain clicking "Follow Me" and "Follow Me".
We have used the closest bases and yet we still fail! Not only that but I am in the UK and have had to stay up till 3 am to try and do this quest each night. So sorry if I am a bit freaking "Cranky".
And sorry if I can't spell! Guess what I am dyslexic so you can go *edit* your self whoever was moaning about that.
I appreciate a challenge but this quest right now is ridiculas. I spent so long walking km after km on this planet now that I just can't stand it.
It is also hard enough forming a team to do it in the first place, afterall only two people can complete the quest at a time and most people do not want to do it multiple times just to help others out. Then you have to compete with other teams trying to do the same bases you do and if they do the shield code before you, you have to wait 2 more hours to try again.
