Thread: How many of you are waiting till after publish 20 to kill Mel?

After reading through the publish notes about the new loot drops from the FS exit quest, I was curiousabout how many people were going to wait till after the publish to complete this?
Is the possiblity of new loot enough for you to hold back? or do you just want to makie a start on Jedi after all that FS grinding?
P.S. Does anyone know what Mel's arm is like? just deco or slightly useful?
Do you also know what other loot is being dropped that wasn't before?

Yeah I thought that at first too, but then I thought of how long that I have been playing this game and going for Jedi (18 months on and off give or take a month or two (yeah I know, I'm a slacker)) and realised that another week isn't going to kill me. That and the fact that I luuuuv loot, especially loot that not many people can get hold of (hehe and hopefully it will be worth a mint)

I have to wait 1 more phase after this anyway, so I also hope Mel's arm is worth a mint as no matter what skill mods it has, no power on this earth could make me equip something that looks as dumb as a cyber arm!

I am kinda hoping that it is going to look better than the others, as soe have had time to look at feedback (hah who am I trying to kid), but saying that it would be sensible for it to be exactly the same as it looks on Mel and from memory thats pretty much the same as all the other arms barring minor differences
Either way it will go nicely along with my collection of other arms

Rumour is the arm does nothing but look nice on the wall. That just pisses me off.

I saw a post of mel's arm somewhere when it was dropping before. Unless they've changed it to be equippable it's just a decoration.

In the pic you saw was it mounted like the animal trophies or does it look like a normal equipable arm?

No clue about loot, other than the arm, and personally, I already have two cyber-arms. I can really care less about it, and if it is a good wearable arm, that I can actually use, then I'll buy it one day, no big deal. But nothing, and I mean nothing, will stop me from fighting Mel at the first chance I get (with the possible exception of getting a group together, which shouldn't take me long at all).

I finally managed to fill my last tree last weekend (Saturday I think), and get a visit from the old dude on Monday. At the time I was just hanging around in front of my house, so lucky me I got my camp 967m from my front door. I have been playingfrom the start ofthe euro servers and ever since I got my first holo I have been leisurely making my way to Jedi (was only leisurely down to the fact that I am a bit of a slacker ).
).I have been waiting so far, but only down to the fact thatI have been totally torn about whatI want to do, and I'm still not sure. Ah well will give me time to grind out a nice grinding support template
