I finished my last box early today and after the old guy finaly comes to see me i sware im going to shoot him in the back as he is leaving.....teach him to make me wait.........might just up and Massacre the village while im at it, it will solve lots of problems...muha ha ha ha ha

DANG!!!! that stupid old fart ran off on me whilehe was talking about holding a crystal for him,I never even had a chance to reply, and I never got the crystal. WTH???? how long will it be before he comes back again?

log out and back in again, same happened to a friend. I told my friend to go for a wander. After logging he returned to the original wp the old man came to him and he came back again. Was less than 15 minutes

Thank you DeeKay, I followed your advice and he was here within 10 minutes. I have the crystal now, but I think I'm going to disinfect it. I didn't see it in his hand when he arrived.

He will come withen 72 hours of you completing the 6 branches. That stuff about logging out and running 1k out of a city to make him spawn faster does not work any longer, although it used to.

I just finished my 6 fs branches and have been waiting over 40 hours for the old man. By any chance am I doing something wrong, I just shuttle or log in/log out every hour or so. Also I have 13 skill points free, does that make a difference?

He takes 48 hours...or was it 72? It's not unusual to have to wait like this.
Just go about your business as usual and he will come in time. Remember the old saying about a watched pot? I think it applies when waiting for the Old Man. And as far as I know shuttling around to speed things up is all a rumor. But there is no way to test it because this is all different for everyone.

well he did appear once while I was afk, the mofo couldn't wait the 5 mins I came back in. Is there a way to spawn him easier now?
