Thread: Loss of Glowy
from what I heard this is highly possible but it is still purely speculative there is no concrete proof + its not like SOE has done anything nice recently 
According to the specifications to become "glowy" i should be there. Problem is i still feel a faint sense of the force. These are the badges i have:
Location: Ben Kenobie's house, pool beneath fort tusken, skeleton of the famed greater krayt dragon, pit of the mighty sarlacc, krayt dragon graveyard, hidden temple of Exar K'un, horrid tar pits of dathomir, lesser sarlacc of dathomir, abandoned escape pod, lesser misty falls, Ruined jedi temple, abandoned rebel base, the bottom of the great falls at theed, rebel hideout on corellia, crystal fountain in bella vista, imperial prison, lost village of durbin, the kobala space mine, and kachiro, Kashyyyk.
Master Badges: marksman, artisan, merchant, Creature handler, scout, medic.
Theme parks :Jabba badge, Nym's badge, Rebel badge, and 2 corvettes (Alliance heroism medal, and Alliance Valorous servises medal.)
Ive done all that was asked, am i missing somethin? If anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it.
i also have lost glowy status, i am pre-cu glowy so it cant be the post cu hunting content badges
What we know so far:
- People have lost Glowy even if they did not have Jabba or Corvette badges (you can get without)
- this means that the removal of Jabba's palace is not directly related
- this means the loss of the ability to get to the corvette was not directly related either
- You can still get a visit (to go to the village) if you are not glowing but previously were
- also get to be eaten by the sith after the old man
- You can do the exit quest when not glowing and get Jedi
- You can still convert xp at the village if you could before
- you can still train if you could before
- not a single Jedilost glowly status
- it happened when pub 24 when live
- people have reached glowly status after pub 24
- old man does show up if you finish your 6th column
- beginner badges are not part of the problem
what is not known:
can you get the exit quest old man visit from the village- what caused the loss
- Why some people fell further then others with the same badges (Am at faint but have90% of thebadges in the game)
Speculations that have been raised:
- jabba's palace badge issue (provisionally disproved)
- corvettebadgeissue (provisionally disproved)
- beginner quest badges (provisionally disproved)
- exit quest change has been suggested (???)
- change ofprerequistes (???)
Tiggs is monitering this thread and passing all feedback we give on to those who hopefully can fix it.

i doubt the beginner quest badges have anything to do with it as well, since a lot of people that i talked to that are in this situation didn't do any of the new beginner's quests badges in mos eisley, as they got glowy before they were even put in the game.

if you were glowly before then yes.
I just trained my 6th tree at village at 7:00 pm pacific time on thursday the 20th
I will let you guys know if the old man visits me for the 2nd time to unlock
Anyway, the answer to everyone's question is yes, if you were "glowing" before i24, the Old Man will still come visit you no matter where you are. Inside or outside of player cities. Even Endor!
