really... honestly, from being around since launch...
the old system compared to the new system...
6 of one half a dozen of the other, you are trading one non-quest type grinding(random grinding) for a quest-grinding sytem where you have more indication of where you are along your path to jedi...
like i said, 6 of one, half a dozen of another

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I had a question. Is there any way of knowing you have a free unlock before you finish the badges and get into the village?
I mastered a decent number of professions back in the day, but none were at the direction of a holo. I'm just hoping I got lucky, hehe.

talk 2 paemos 1 of the options will let u select unlocking a tree. another way 2 kno did u actually do ne holos?

there were a certain number of holo's you had to complete to get a unlock. Forget what the ratio was but I think something like 3 holos complete = 1 unlock. Not 100% sure been a while. My first holo was a politician back when it first was started lol.. Needless to say I didnt get any unlocks... Still completed it though.

8 professions = 6 Unlocks.
7 = 5
6 = 4
5 = 3
4 Holo's = 2
3 Holo's= 1
2 Holo's = 0
Amazing how fast seach "unlock holo" can get you an answer

when people say holo's in this sense, they mean holo professions most of the time. so you are right, but you basically just said what everyone else already said.

that conversion is right. i call h4x if you got 2 unlocks from 2 holos.

no im pretty sure i completed 2 had a look at the 3rd but didnt manage 2 finish it before the revamp of jedi so its not rite. there is no way idid 4. 3 potentially 2 deffinatly

that conversion rate isnt rite. im pretty sure i only completed 2 maybe 3 holos max but got 2 free unlocks
