12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.

Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.

Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?


Any help would be appreciated.

My Mellachae quest waypoint is ontop of a Rebel PvP base.. so it's not spawning. I have already sent a ticket, and got a response saying that you can do nothing about it yet....!? When WILL you be able to.. are you gonna need a whole new version of SWG just so you can move a PvP base out the way.. or move my mission somewhere else.

  • Captain Sarguillos is not letting people start or finish the Village Assault quest during Phase 4 again. He's stating that they are already busy working for someone else (when they are not).


    • SonGouki, please, speak with the DEVs about this issue, in my server is about more than 20 people with this bug this have to be number one issue now

    I have raised it to their attention, of course. No news on a fix though, unfortunately.


    All I can recommend for now is that you try theproper channels to get help...

    Gouki, can you fix my bug, or raise it to the attention of the devs. I can't do ANYTHING untill this gets fixed.. it's pointless me continuing untill i atleast know it's going to be looked at..

    There ARE more pressing issues than introducing MORE Jedi to the game




    how about fixing the system so that not everyone can grind out jedi in a matter of days or weeks and be a purely skill system so it takes the FULL 4.5 months of questing to do?

    Ok, I'm still trying but thanks anyway And for the others replies, dont worry, i'm not going to be jedi at all, I only need my second char I think the same, it's better with less jedis, but nowwith the CU is a harder task to acomplish all the xp it requires, hehe.

    My CL14 FS crafter can't make the trip to the Village. MOBs spawn around me and all it takes usually is 1 hit to bring me down.


    We need a space-based quest that would allow us to land at the Village, similar to the ones for the Emperor's Retreat and Jabba's Palace.


    And the buff crystals are still broken.





    No decay + uber loot = /spit on crafters

    Fix the economy and give crafters their $$$ worth... give us real revamp.

    Remember... to Cancel you have to go to Register Expansion in the Launchpad.

    Qui, group up with a level 80 person, even if it's just for the ride out. You will not get hit as hard.

    My Melichae mission is bugged also. One of the crystals is in a house. So there is no way I can hit it. I sent a ticket three days ago, but until now the CSR's are playing dumb, deaf and blind. I'm starting to get really fed up by this buggy game.

    ISSUES



    • After /respec, I can no longer earn senses xp as I no longer have the skills to generate xp that can be converted to it.

    • After /respec my FS healing skills are worthless as I'm no longer a doc.

    It would be really nice if we could /respec our FS skills within the FS trees for equivalent level boxes. It would also be really nice if they made it such that the unlock quests for these branches could be done so that we didn't waste village time up until now on skills that were made useless with the CU.
