Literacy is a wonderful thing... Or maybe people just selectively read what is posted. Probably the later but either way, they said they wanted to monitor more metrics, things you do in game, but it was not feasible. Remember the melon bug, same issue. So they say they are not perfectly happy with the way it was limitedto proffessions, but they couldn't do anything about it, but your going to complain anyway. You know you just can't please some people.

Although I agree to an extent....they have said since the beginning that "you will have to be able to change your playing style". So why are you so surprised its proffesion based?

The reasoning behind having to master a buttload of professions is pure economics. Here's how I look at it. Not everyone who plays SWG is a "uber-1337 power gamer." For most people it will take two weeks to master almost any elite profession. That's26 professions.52 weeks. One year. You must take into account that EVERYTHING in the game is geared to keep you paying your 15 bucks a month. Um, I really don't have a point I just felt like stating this. Have a nice day.

This question has probably been asked many times before but sadly I couldn't find any, so I'll just ask away... How can I become a Jedi? What do I have to do? Is it hard? How long time will it take? And by the way, I just started SWG about a week ago so I'm still a newb (no strange words please :smileytongue.

You have to become a Master Bounty Hunter/Master Dancer hybrid. As soon as you have masters in both of those at the same time, you get your FSCS.

ie. never.

Well logically to have politician as on of your jedi professions, you would have had to of made your character after the player city patch. Am i wrong on this? Cuz that would suck if my holo handed me crappy polotician after i made my character the day this game came out.

Yes very wrong...one of the members of my guild got master politician as a holo prof...he's been playing since before the city patch...Which means...HEY THE PROFESSIONS AREN'T BASED ON CHARACTER CREATION LIKE WE ALL THOUGHT....way to go devs..
