Thread: Sarquillo WON'T TALK TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not to frustrate anyone...just letting you know what happened to me. I had the problem where I couldn'teven get the mission from Capt. Sarguillo.Isubmitted my ticket and got a response in about 48 hours. The CSR responded to my ticket and unlocked the quest for me. I was not logged in when this happened. I went straight to the village and I was able to train my ranged speed branch. I then went and accepted the ranged speed mission from the Capt. and completed it. I know I didn't have to complete the quest, but I didn't want to take anything for free.
I know how hard it is to do, but the best thing to do is to be patient. (I know it isn't easy)If you don't get the right response from the CSR just re-submit the ticket until you get the right one. Be polite when writing the ticket, i'm sure it doesn't help if you're rude or demanding. This problem can be fixed, I along with other posts on here are proof of that.
I'm not trying to rub this in, I just want to let people know that it can be fixed.
AHUGE thanks go to CSR PatrickM for fixing this for me and not giving me cookie cutter response.
CSR ChrisO fixed me up .. didnt even need me to do anything .. i was in cnet dueling and got a system message that I was now able to train in Mellee Defense!
If any CSR says that you need to be online to fix it...they are lieing to you!!
I logged out on kashyyyk the other day and when I logged in my character was in the village and I had a reply to my ticket saying that after investigation they found that this bug did infact affect my character so they unlocked the branch.
Then...to my surprise..the old man visited me 4 hours after I trained (thought it was suppost to be 24 hours), but I was on Kashyyyk at the time and unaware of the kashyyyk bug I talked to him...now my mellichae quest is 1500m off the map

I can see him spamming it over and over in spatial so other people are trying to talk to him too. I've bugged it about 12 times so far and submitted a ticket.

I AM GOING TO BUMP THIS THREAD UNTIL YOU FIX IT OR UNTIL YOU LOCK IT. IF IT'S LOCKED AND THE PROBLEM ISN'T FIXED THEN I'LL CREATE THE EXACT SAME THREAD. IF YOU BAN ME THEN I'LL DO THE SAME THING UNDER A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. I HAVE ENOUGH ACCOUNTS AND ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE MORE ACCOUNTS TO KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL IT GETS FIXED.
