Im sure i could change my template (Im master TKM/Medic) and make it easier for myself but thats not the point either. This is the result of discussions several players are having in the village not just me. These days there are only like 3-4 of us most of the time defending the village (on my server at least). We keep ducking in the huts for protection and can barely come out to fight. Its embarrasing and almost feels like we are using an exploit just to survive. The point is there are not enough people around to help with this quest anymore. Getting a large group together is easier said than done - and I'm in one of the largest guilds of all.

If the Devs reduce the number of thugs and/or reduce their HAM to something resonable then I'll be happy.

I'm not sure what times you go to the village, but from 4pm pacific standard time to about 11pm pacific standard time there are huge groups of people in the village this phase on our server. I've been hanging out there for the fun after I unlocked and have been tanking thugs and calling out pirate locations.

Every night there have been 3 or 4 doctors doing the quest rezing people who die even. My master Doc guildmate rezed one person 6 times 2 nights ago. I wasn't out there last night, but so far compared to the last phase4 there are more than enough people to help out in the village.

One piece of advice I can give you is stay out of the huts and instead use the gates. Walk out one of the gates and then head right or left for a few steps to get the thugs stuck on the wall away from the gates then head away from the village. This way you will also drag the thugs agroed on you away from the center of the village and out of range of the huts for other people. Know who the tanks are and the docs and when you find a thug or 2 you can't handle make sure you go to them so they notice you. If you have more than 2 thugs on you it would probably be better to lead them away from the group and do the wall trick though.

This phase may be a big pain for people who only want to trade in exp, but it is by far the best phase for challenge and gameplay (phase3 is pretty cool too, but phase1 and 2 are boring for the combat skills). I hope they don't nerf or change what I consider some of the best content in the game.

No they shoudn't be nerfed, FS grinding is easy enough, it's too easy to become a Padawan, if u can't take take on a thug u shouldn't be a padawan.

I disagree. I have soloed a thug before and have gone to assist during the last two phase fours by tanking.

Granted I think anyone besides a Jedi who tries to tackle more than one at a time is gonna go down, but the mission isn't designed to solo. Neither are thugs.

There are some MOB's in-game that you just don't wanna tangle with these are one of them

this is like saying NERF KRAYTS HAM u get uber loot from thugs WORK FOR IT i got a belt with +18 in mods yesterday and a laser carbine with a 166 mind poison along with other good loots SOLO at the village for phase 4 on 2 TOONS 2 DIFFERENT TOONS i went alone one toon doesnt even have medic as was said above

Im Mtka/grenader I had no problems killing these thugs pirates or outlaws..I find this the Best part of the village

I go there just to fight During this Phase after I already Unlocked.

The Prob is see u dont know how to play...You want everything handed to you...
