People tell me that i can get glowy in just 1 week even for the mildest player, is this true? if it is i must be doin sumthing rong as i can noway do it in one month.

Normal new character to "glowy" (ready to be visited by the old man to become force sensative) could take 3 days upto a week, if you worked at it. Visit the force Sensative forums, they will tell you exaclty how to do it.

Not in a day, not in 3 days, not in a week. Not for a newbie. Maybe for someone who has many accounts under their belt, but not for someone who is completely new.

a new player has no real business going jedi in the first month or two anyway. but that is besides the point

ImpPull, I enver did it in 90 days, lol. I have been a jedi for 13 months and never completed my knight trials yet, keep redoing my template as the game changes and my tastes change. I based the 90 days off of the following:
Average expereince a jedi makes during the career is 900 jedi expereince a kill
Double mastery costs: 36,460,000 jedi expereince
Average grind session: 3.5 hours
Average grind session income: 400,000 jedi expereince
Assuming 1 grind a day: 91.5 days to complete a tempalte. This assumes no death losses.
Impressive for those that have the dedication to invest this much time, I typically spend two buffs a day over the weekend, and maybe one buff every other day during the week for a hard grind in a week for me.

Getting GLOWY with the force is easily obtainable. Within one week would be pushing it a tad if you had nothing done already, however if you have not got glowy to see the old man, which I am assuming you are talking about, in a month then yes you are doing something wrong.

Jedi in one week is impossible, but:

Now from first visiting the village to leaving the village to start the padawan trials, that will take a minimum of 18 weeks. Perhaps longer depending on what skills you want to learn in the force sensative branches, and how quickly you can fill those trees.
Now going from Jedi Padawan to Jedi Knight, that can take around 90 days if you work very hard at it, never die, and are grinding everyday.

90 days wow how much xp are you grinding a day, 100k? I started working novice saber Jan 2, 2005 reached knight Feb 19, 2005. I did all this while working 40 hours a week too. Granit my wife wasn't exactly pleased but it doesn't take 90 days. I've known some people that have finished in a month. So it depends on who you are and how much you want to get out of the grind and into the fight.

day 1 master elite combat profession.
day 2 gather all location badges, nym themepark, jabba themepark
day 3 warren badge 1 and 2
day 4 ride up to the vette and collect vette badge from a friendly group
day 5 oldman comes for a visit...
its possible to do in a week easy still leaves 2 days in case something takes a little longer.

But most new players don't have the backing to master a profession in one day unless they know someone in the game that will give them money, or buy money. Most new players stumble around the game and get caught in the Coronet trap for the first 2 weeks.
