yes it does, the one I got has a condition of around 850, I assume they are all the same

The focus Crystal that you get if you group up has no condition on it. My Other crystal that I got for it has a condition of 999.

Just completed the quest by the way and I'm extremely pleased

Mines somewhere around 800 or so, and yes they all are the teal color. Mine went into my colection of 25 or so other crystals for now.

Yes they decay. They decay when you use the saber that you put them in.

Mine sucks more.... 650 condition.

I thought the crystal you got might have been a random one from the list of about 18 I saw but it seems everyone I have spoken to on Eclipse all got the unique teal colored one
