Not sure if others are having this problem too but when i try to talk to the captain for the phase iv unlock, he just tells me i need to work harder, and doesn't give me any options to take a quest. I have no quest in my journal and when i kill sith i do not get credit for them. Also i am unable to take the healing mission because Silvarra isn't in her tent.

This happened to me. I filed a ticket and SCR-TonyS says that customer service cannot do anything for me and he closed the ticket.

At this time there are TWO bugs with Phase Four that I know of:
1. People get the quest, complete it, get the quest marked completed, but cannot train in the branch. I believe this is for Ranged Speed.
2. People who have done Ranged Speed in a previous phase cannot talk to Sarguillo in order to get the Melee Defense quest. He says the "Get some R&R speach"
For both, the CSR's are apparently forwarding information to the developers.
Problem 1 happened last time, for sure. CSR's were unlocking people in the village.
My question to the correspondent: Have the developers stated what will happen to people in the second category? If it doesn't get fixed, we cannot do the quest, due to a bug in their code. This is a time-sensitive issue, as a csr can unlock the FS branch for a person who's done the quest at any time, but you cannot unlock the quest for 12 weeks after phase 4 is over (and might have this bug again, they did last time)

I had this issue tonight.
I was researching it when the sith attacked again. What i did this time was instead of double clicking the sith to recover/loot them....i use the radial to goto loot instead of lootall. This brought up the dialog box and I manually looted the sith. I was then given all the stuff i needed to complete the next step. So its off to the village.

I am with you on that one dude! 
I killed the 2 sith that ambushed me and got the datapad. Went to the WP and there was nothing. every timeI go to a new destination (Starport or Shuttleport) I get a new spawn of the WP.I have about 30 of them now.
Come On Dev's sort this one out, or at least let us know you are on top of it!

Had a visit from the old man
5 Mins later old man reappeared saying "Timuk Watson blah blah"
I just want to know if this will get in the way of the siths appearing.. i did get the crystal...
This happened to anyone else?
