Hutt faction points seem to have nothing to do with Jabba's theme park; Jabba faction points DO. So go out and take some Valerian destroy missions to get your Jabba faction high enough so that Reelo Baruk will talk to you.

Well went glowie last night, I have the various POI badges...Obi's house, krayt, and so forth...as far as quests go...have Jabba's themepark, Nym, and heavy xwing. Also did most of the clone quests....minus the cybernetic arm and jedi starfighter. Am master pistoleer and marksman, finishing my Bounty Hunter. No rebel themepark or warren...and am GLOWING...

Heavy x-wing badge, and ALL of the kashyyyk badges (minues the "has visited kashyyyk" bit) count towards content bages. Gorax, Krayt, and NS Qeen badges also count.
I can confirm this, I got glowy last night, The only content badges that I had from the "Official" list were:
Imp Themepark
Nym's Themepark
Warren: Compassion
The other 2 were:
Necrosis
Royal Guard TIE -or- JSF Quest (I had both, so I'm not sure which triggered it)

I haven't seen any questions about this yet, but I am just 1 content badge (kinda, but that's what this post is about) away from getting glowy. The problem is that I have that stupid respec always popping up and it won't say that I have mastered any profession yet. I just restarted my account after taking over a year off and I have respecced twice already. Then after respeccing, I have mastered both TKA and Swordsman. Why won't it take away my respec option so that I can get the "mastered a profession" part of the requirements? Also, the /checkforcestatus message is the surge one, so I know I am just missing the content and profession mastery ones.

sometimes when i visit a poii dont get the badge one time i went tojeedi ruins and i dident get no badge why?

The jedi temple on dantoonie, you have to go up the stairs a bit to get the badge, if thats the one you're talking about.

i just got back from a year hiatus, and i was a pre cu holgrinder got 14 professions done, havent touched the repsec thingy wanna save it for jedi, *IT SAYS JEDI XP IN THE RESPEC to the above poster* i dunno if it works but hey worth a try, im surging, havnt done any content badges and im surging, so i did the imp one and in the middle of jabba, who do i talk to in mos eisley to do the secret and mystery? also i used to know the nym trick anyone mind telling me it again would be great

I became Glowy doing the same thing.
I had:
Imperial Themepark
Rebel Themepark
Jabba/NYm Themeparks
Necrosis
All the required POIs and a profession badge.....

I had to have BOTH Warren badges and soon as I got the second one...GLOWY!

Not all POI badges are EXACTLY where the POI waypoint shows you. Sometimes once you get to that waypoint, you need to explore around a little bit. As someone before me posted, you go into the temple and up the broken staircase to get this particular badge. The Crystal Swamps on Corellia have simliar issue, you'll need to drive (or run if that's what you're doing) around abit to ding this badge.

Actually this isn't true... you don't NEED to be level 80 to do the quests at the village. It certainly HELPS, but it's misleading to tell people they HAVE to be level 80. Most of the combat quests are difficult, but not impossible. I'm a Master Doctor and almost Master Shipwright, and my combat level is 56. I have some pistol skills as well. I've done some of the quests alone, but they took me a bit longer than someone with a higher level. It just takes a bit of strategy. With the aid of another person with a similiar level, the missions went even faster.
Besides that, if you do all crafting or all sense and two of the one you didnt do, you can get 6 branches without ever picking up acombat class.You'll need help doing the unlock quests that way, but it can be done.
I agree that if you plan to be a Jedi you'd betterknow how to fight AND craft, butdoing combatexclusively to become a Jedi is not a necessity.
