They fixed me. Now i'm waiting on the old man. I guess i bugged them enough.

I sent my ticket a week ago and I am still waiting for an answer.

Try to put in the ticket when you are going to be online. They need to look at your character to determine if they can help you or not. I said that I was going to be online all day, but afk, and thats when they actually helped me.
