Thread: Can't start Survival Quest

I logged into chat and talked to a CSR on 2 seperate occasions. One said that they would probably have to log into my account and see if they can fix it, and another said that they can't do that from the Chat room. I am going to keep pestering them until they do something. I have nothing else to do since my grind is over

same thing with me. i have 5 trees unlocked so far. and none of the vilage npc's will talk to me they all say im busy.

The villager tells me that I can't help them too. My husband did this phase without a glitch.

CSRs PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP.

I had this, but i just conversed with him again, and I was able to rescue him. Although I think he died, as the sith were under attack by some Nightsisters, which meant I wasn't aggroed so was able to converse with him, but then he got aggroed by the sith or nightsisters and died. Ifhe keeps telling you youcan't help, try defeating all surrounding aggro npcs/creatures before attemting to converse. Usually the best way, just in case villager gets aggroed and killed, as before you converse, he doesn't seem to be able to get aggroed.

You're out of time, SOE The whole 2.5 months shouldn't have been. The game was fine up until Nov 15th. If the CU was worked on, instead of devoting time to the NGE (including the many months prior to November), the game could possibly be totally bug free by now.

My account cancels on 2nd Feb, which was a waste as only played game for 1 day to get the life day gifts, will be resubbing when creature handler, Bio-engineer, scout, and ranger return, oh and the FS village.

There are problems with the phase one quest .. although this thread is about not being able to even START the quest from Whip. Don't want this thread running off in the wrong direction.

Well it has been fixed! I don't know if it was the work of SonG or what, but I give him props for saying he would pass on the info instead of 'wait for the next phase one'.


When I logged in today I got two system messages which said "you have failed to save the village from the sith outlaws" "you have faild to save the village from the sith pirates" or faild to kill xx amount, I don't remember. So I am thinking o0(what the hell, I DID pass that mission) Well whatever or whoever rest that for me fixed the deal. Whip spoke with me, paemos confirmed that I may still train in the phase four tree, and all is good .. except my lag/video issues ..


I hope it gets fixed / has beenfor the rest of you ..

hmmmm I hate to tell people to write SonG as he has so much to read, but since there are so few of us in this post .. maybe he can pass it on. I don't know if he helped me through my name and it was just help for me, or if it will come around and happen the same for you. But this phase is easy (less than an hour) so just try waiting maybe. Good luck.

i was able to start my quest yesterday i am on bloodfin the i talked to a ingame csr the other day and he said he would take care of it and he did
