Songouki my guild and I have killed him 4 X and NOBODY has looted the crystal? Since we can prove we did the quest, can we get a CSR to give us the crystals?

Well, this cave is an instanced cave, so unless the BH knows which instance you are in, you should be pretty safe from a BH.
I imagine all those critters in there would prevent a BH from getting close toyou anyway.
Anyhoo. we killed the NK-Necrosis 3 times last night, and got 2 crystals. You only need 1 master defender and someone to feed force. And watch out for his 1500damage dervish.

We killed him 6x and never looted the crystal.

you get a choice of 1-10 instances to go in - youre on the same server - maybe only some of the instances are broken

On kill number... 8 since the patch i beleive, no bane's heart, different weapon almost every time. got a solid group of jedi with two defender.

It is rare, that's about all. It's one of the 'special' color crystals like the Sunrider's Destiny teal crystal you get from the village. Just a nice little special item that differentiates you from others.

It has been answered many times.... but your answer is that is a unique color crystal that offers more elemental damage than standard color crystals.
