Yes, I want tobe jedi but I also agree that there are way too many in the game. I would have no problem if SOE put a cap on the number of jedi on a server or make it as difficult as possible to attain. They may lose some customers whose only purpose in getting the game is to be jedi, but who wants to play a Star Wars game with nothing but jedi, set in a time when there were hardly an jedi.

Again i'm not trying to be rude or anything just stating my opinion.

Hack Hack Hack Hack....... Im a Jedi. Thats all it takes, No real skill just a lot of dead Bols on Dant. I hate the whole concept of the grind. I want the game to be about skill and adventure How much fun do you get out of a grind. Lets do a poll....................... Guess thats not to many, ok maybe some of you enjoy the grinding but that is a very small group and you might need some help. I know evertone who bought this game thought at one time they wanted to wield a lightsaber and be a jedi ( In game ok guys) I did when i first joined about 10 months ago. I havent been pushing for jedi but I have been playing the game the way i feel the game should be played you just have fun. I finally got FS and thought well maybe its time for me to go jedi. i thought cool a new part of the game I jhave not played into. after about 3 weeks of grinding i am getting so bored with the game i just stopped and started to PVP. I really enjoy that and kill off jedi every now and them. they are still tough for the most part because i understand the game mech. I just think the game will lose its hold on me shortly because all they do is make it harder and harder to reach a goal. I know the jedi problem is there. Not my fault that they couldnt make a game right after 2 years and 2 add ons and a revamp of the combat. The only reason i play is that I love star wars if it were another game i would have quit. But how much longer do they think they can keep me interested in a game when all they do is add more time to completions of goals. maybe give the players other ways of increasing something in some way. diff. prof. that are like jedi but not jedi I mean why cant we have a new special class ?

No, seriously, if these people would stop making posts about how they quit the FS grind, and how they're quitting the game, and whining over and over how the combat xp is 30:1... you realize how much cleaner these forums would be?

I honestly expected to get more of a negative reaction to what I posted and I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I played a lot more of the game today and I'm trying my darndest to figure out some other stuff to do. I spent a good portion of my day going out site seeing to areas I'd never bothered to check out and it was fun. The relieve of stress to grind quick and go back to the village to convert the xp is very nice. I think now my current goal is to get every dang badge I can.

I just hope that I can continue to find stuff to do that's original and exciting...

Thx guys for the support, and to the one who was unhappy about me posting - it's cool. I know that these types of threads are no fun to read through but I hope you saw my point as to why I made it. I would think most people would like to express their opinions so that's why I did it.

Learn real words. People use them. Link them to form sentances. Oh, yeah, and when writing, we use commas. Take for expample: Hey, stop being a troll and grow up! or: Oh my god, go back to school and learn to spell. Just a helpful tip

I have found plenty of RPers on Bria, you just are too self absorbed with your head in that hole found on the other end of your body to spot them. Like I said... I find the caliber of player in jthe majority of edis rather lacking.

I've been playing since Dec 03, and unlocked glowey 5 days after village opened, and I got 6 boxes so far

I am a casual gamer (ya ya no kiding, only 6 boxes in a year??) ROGL

I find the grind hard, and do it a little, then do other things. I just need this game to stay up another 4 years

As for finding fun things, what I do is treasure hunts. Now those who do not believe in checking the boards for tips, etc. Please stop reading.....We can wait.....Gone?

Okay, check out the "Items and Loot" forums and the "Quests and Missions". And don't forget to search way back, to find some interesting things and rewards. Then go see if they can still be done. Get a shell fish harvester, a Sith Medalllion. I find it is a great way to find missed content and have fun.

I've had Guildies comment that they totally forgot about that mission or quest, and how lazy am I to wait almost 2 years to do it, and we sit around telling stories. Its just a great diversion.
