Let me rephrase my question...what is the path to becoming a jedi. I keep reading these posts about accumulating x amount of exp. What I'm curious about is:
1. Where does one start on the path (begin)? Read the stick at the top of the page.
2. Are there certain profs you have to master? No, not after Publish 9
3. What profs benefit the jedi more? (which begs the question, do you get to keep your previous prof skills when you complete jedi?) It depends on what kind of jedi you want to be; If are intending to be a full template Jedi then the answer is no you must drop all your non FS skills over time to have skill point for training in Jedi
And for the record, I would never buy a character. It defeats the purpose of the game to me. My point exactly.

Clearly the GRINDER. Grinding is NOT FUN. There is only one reason why i still pay money to this game, JEDI.
I have done everything else. Been to every planet, including Kashyyyk now, done I'd estimated about 90% of the quests in the game possible, e.g. my main hasn't done the Imperial Themepark because he's Rebel, however, I have done it on Test Server.
There is nothing I have not done except play a Jedi. I have a second account that is a Crafter so done that too.
I've even done the obsure quests for the spud NPC's in places like Anchorhead.
So yeah the nit-wit would be ANYONE who enjoying GRINDING just to START GRINDING.
If I only had to GRIND ONCE, say the 32 mil for Jedi Template, then I wouldnt complain at all. BUT having to GRIND 111,000,000 just for the right to starting grinding another 32 mil seems pretty freaking ludicrous to me.
It might make sense to you, but then again "you might be" a ....... . The jury's still out on that...
