Are you SURE the Sith were meant for you ?
They can spawn for someone else in the area and attack a totally different person. But, ONLY the person they are "meant for" get the correct WP disk.
And do you use the disc on the same planet that you got it? Happened to me, used it when I got to Dathomir but it said something about the same as yours do

im at the point where im waiting for the old man to come (1st time) , my question is what level are the 2 sith that attack you after ? would i be ok solo at cl 73 with master riflemen and bounty hunter 2444 and a couple of other lower skills, or will i need a friend to help. thanks

They will be a challenge at your lvl since they are lvl 75-77 and there are at least 2 of them and they will agro you. so yes, get some stims and a psg or a droid or some friends and you will be much better off, just be sure if you have friends along that none of them loot the sith as you wont get the datapad and will have to wait for another attack.
in the mean time, grind and level as much as possible, hit up MO on Dant and get in some lvl 80 hunting groups you should be able to raise a couple levels by the time you encounter the sith.
