Add my name to the list with the same problem, and no I had not unlocked another branch in Phase 4 with the Captain. The sad part is I really wanted to train in melee def and it won't let me. :/

Now that it's OK to support the removal of classes in your signature, I firmly support the removal of all the benny hill glowstick fanclub from the game; it was a lot more fun before they came.

I logged in this morning after the patch....lo and behold.....no fix for the bugged ranged speed. I still cannot unlock...even tho the quest is done and I have the points.....and Capt still says I have too much on my plate.

This has costed me 2 weeks on my Jedi grind and is driving me insane. the CSR for Lowca is not responding to my e-mails...and the 3 /bug reports I have not heard so much as a whisper about.

Please remind me why I pay for this service?!?

FINALLY got a hold of CSR-JasonP on Lowca and got him to come out to assist me.....his reply:

Nothing he can do.

At first he tried to tell me I had not completed the Ranged speed...and when I verified I did the mission he asked me if I did Melee Defense. I assurred him that I did in fact know what I was talking about and that I was unable to train. He said I did not show it as completed. I told him I have screen shots of my crystal showing that the Mission for Ranged speed was complete and also invited him to log into my toon to check for himself. He did not but stated that there was nothing he can do and that the devs are working on it. He then told me that he was going thru the same issue and that "Alot" of others are being affected.

I requested an update on when this was going to be resolved and he stated a "hotfix" would be put out soon. The phase is about to end, so I asked him when it would go into effect. He stated that it would hopefully be completed by the 1st.

No compensation for those sitting on their thumbs doing nothing because of this bug......no nothing. He started walking away before the conversation was over and I knew this was it.

I was in this game from the 1st week of its release......I have endured countless bugs and endless frustration. This was the last straw. Gonna cancel my account once this month is over. The game is not worth the poor customer service and shoddy gameplay I have endured.

wow...i thought it was just me being stupid. i have the same exact problem. if i was a chic i would cry. instead i have to be a man and so i fight the urge to throw my computer through the window at soe. how is it that the people that work for the game creator can say "theres nothing i can do" with a problem in the game? irl if i said that at work i would have more time to play the game cause i wouldnt have a job.
