But, I was able to train and convert, Im novice Enchanced reflex I think..but.. now I'm confused I should train to Melee defense..ehm...what's goin on?

Thanks for fixing the current problem tho.

The problem with ranged speed is apparently not that it's "broken;" it's that the math model for the effectiveness of Ranged Speed creates an exponential-growth curve that at a certain point makes any further improvement irrelevant -- the "speed cap." Today I recieved help from a CSR around my problem with finishing the quest and then not unlocking the tree and being able to get the reward etc.

The CSR was quite helpful and actually logged in my character to investigate. The end result was that the issue was sent to the devs to look into more deeply.

and so I wait...

I have found, and /bug, that i can't talk to Sarguillo or Sivarra ( they say i'm busy ) but the engineer has the quest open to me. Can you confirm?

The information has been submitted to development for investigation. There won't be a response during the weekend so in all likely hood it'll start getting looked at next week. No ETA on a fix obviously.

As of this morning there was no fix in place. I am glad someone was able to get a hold of a CSR on it....I had taken screen shots of my issue and was going mad trying to get this resolved.
