took melee in phase 4 and completed it and never could train it due to another bug.
also completed phase 3 combat from the capt without a problem.
cant get phase 4 again this time.

Basically everything opposite of the original post and still bugged.

I took ranged speed last timenow i cant unlock melee def Captain says i need some R&R and ive desrve some rest....

completed range speed, melee accuracy last phase, and can get the melee defense mission.

I'm in A if I understand this correctly. I unlocked FS and proceeded to unlock ranged in phase4, then in phase 1 I unlocked ranged speed, in phase2 I unlocked melee speed as I've heard that is absolutely necessary for grinding with a lightsaber, in phase3 the night before we shifted a buddy and I were able to complete the melee accuracy/capture mission from the captain. I was stoked. Now, not so much : /

Category C

I think i started the quest in phase 3 but i didnt finish it. I completed phase three for prowess in the last set of phases. I started the phase four quest for ranged speed in the last set of phases, but i did not finish it. So im here at village wanting to start the phase 4 quest for ranged speed, but the captain says to go get some r and r. I need to start the phase 4 quest fromt he captain. I completed phases 1-3 in the last set of phases. I hope it gets fixed before the phase change. I've already grinding the fs exp i need to master prowess, cept i need to finish this quest.

Need help,

failed the melee defense last phase four ran out of time and took the ranged defense quest in phase three but completed it

and any word from a dev aor even our corresponted on what going on?

I fall into Cat A as well.

Did Range Defense last Phase 4 and completed a task in every phase since. Now trying to get Melee defense this Phase I get the message like everyone else saying to take some R&R
