Well in my case here, I doubt it was intentionally blocking anything. I had wondered why I was see camps up forever though, this explains it.

Better yet, claim it is some way that BHs can unfairly beat a glowstick kiddie, post it on the Jedi forums, and get the mob of Lord of the Flies twits there to do your work for you.

Yah, for the most part it's unintentional (I think).
I was on Lok the other night and there was a really nice 'encampmment' of baby scout camps round one of the snorbal spawn areas. Folk had just been sitting, waiting... spoke to some of the ones that hadn't logged out already and they thought they were still getting camping XP. doh.

I've watch several GCW losers (read: people who like to exploit) setting up camps like this and leaving them up for hours while they attack bases so that the defenders can't do anything (modding terrain, taking up space, creating no spawn zones). If I remember (firing up the wayback machine here) camps used to disappear in21 to51minutes. I told my friend to call a CSR next time and get the camps deleted, since they are after all, abandoned.

Reset isnt doing it. Had reset and camp is still near my base. We really think its funny. We saw the guy who placed it and saw the 30 lvl 82 banthas send him to the cloner to. Kinda a memorial to the poor guy.
