I have also done is solo but with a different template. I can't remember what level I was but master pistoleer and wassmuggler so I had fd(which I used excessively). I was only level 50 something but I just wanted to see if it was fessable with this template.

Got glowing post cu old man showed up 3 days later when I logged in between moenia and the gungan v swamp battle on naboo sith appeared 24 hours later the leader who has the datapad is lvl 77 the other 2 are lvl 75 the datapad might be bugged (when you try to use it it says "You must first loot this object before you can extract information from it")it was for me andhad to get about 5 datapads before one worked, the sith appeared for me at player city shuttleports and at talus imp outpost and rori rebel outpost the npc rebels and imps helped at the outposts.
