I became glowing post-CU. It took almost exactly 24 hours for him to visit me. In fact, as soon as I got my last badge, I went back to my house and signed out. As soon as I signed back in (which was almost 24 hours afterwards) he showed up within a couple of minutes.

I just stayed logged off for three days and then got on and he showed up within about two minutes.

He definetly takes awhile. I unlocked FS on two of my charries recently, and both took more than two days for him to arrive. In the end I just broke down and decided to play on as normal. He'll come eventually.

I'm starting to think it's entirely random...I got glowly Saturday afternoon(no thanks to the insane lag in the warren), and spent the better part of Sunday and Monday on Dant and Corellia (one day each) running hunting missions from player cities on foot. Still no old man. At one point I also tried setting up a campabout 2km(aka 2000m)away from any form of civilization and sitting there for over an hour, and still no old man. I've done all the things that are posted by people who saw the old man within a few hours and I still haven't seen him.

On an ironic side note, the day BEFORE I got glowy, I saw the old man standing beside the shuttleport in a player town, and of course he wouldn't talk to me then. I'm still wondering if interacting with the old man before has increased a spawn timer for when I'll be able to see him again or not....

Post cu,I got a visit from the old man 36 hours after going glowy. Sith came 30 hours later.

He came after 3 days for me post CU, the first time, the sith followed about 24 hours after and killed me (they are allot harder to kill now lvl 75+) the old man came back to me less than 30mins later, then the sith came and killed me again the next day again closley followed by the old fart................

I still haven't killed them, . but ill keep trying im lvl 72 now (was 60 before) so fingers crossed, ill prob die again though

Yeah thanks, like I said I have done it before both parts twice, I just wanted to see if it was soloable. It helps alot to go in with a master ranger which I have a friend who is one. Also if we can get 1 more doc I think we could do it. Anyways thanks for the help and reply. Also when I did it, it was still bugged. I had all the keys and the master control room key all in my inventory and it wasn't letting me do them. I got the "note", the evidence, everything I needed, but it wasn't working. Between that and going into rooms and suddenly walking into space I just gave up.
