I am have the same type of problem. I can't get a mission to unlock Melee DEF.. My last unlock was Range DEF from whip. This phase I saved up over 1mill FS xp to unlock Melee DEF and it's bugged out on me.. The answer is simple from the CSR and DEVS. Belive it's like f off something to those lines. I've gotten no help and no answer to my BUG report. It's not that hard to do. make a side program that will unlock FS skills when people have a problem why cause u put the stupied ass time thing on unlockin and there is no way in hell I'm waitin xxx months for MELEE to come around again and so what it just bugs on me again..

This game is starting to suck big time..

Here are a list of things I did in order to each phase

Range Speed - all 4 done

Range Acc - all 4 done

V-Control - all 4 done

Range Def - all 4 done

and now with Melee Defense coming around whip and captain tell me the same thing after I finished my last mission from them.

Not sure how long all be having accounts if this doesn't get fixed ASAP this phase so I can unlock..
