Hey guys until you see a update for this on the test center I doubt we see it live.

I have several frined with the same bug.

If you did Range Speed the first time phase four was around you are bug and can not do Melee this time. If you choose Melee the first time phase four came up you are not bugged and can do the range mission this time.

Hope it helps some.

- I support fixing all the existing bugs, starting with the oldest bugs first, fixing the broken professions starting with Smuggler first and the attempt to make SWG a better game, before any new content is added!!!!

I think in order to have the bug, you have to have met both conditions here. At least this is true from what I have gathered from CSR.EvanF, who was EXTREMELY helpful. This seems to be the case on the forums as well.

Basically, if you did the quests last phase 4, and this saved the commander last month, you are bugged. It wouldn't happen if you saved the commander LAST rotations Phase 3, then took LAST rotations Phase 4 at Sarguillo. It has to be the conditions listed above exactly.

Just an observation. I'd like to see if this pans out.

That'd be a negative on point two. I'll repost:

Phase 3: Ranged Defense (Dageerin)
Phase 4: Ranged Speed (Sarguillo)
Phase 1: Ranged Accuracy (Sarguillo)
Phase 2: Survey (Eozlin)
Phase 3: Luck (Eozlin)
Phase 4: Bugged Melee Defense

No Sarguillo in phase 3, and I'm bugged.

Yes it happened to me also. The last phase 3 a friend and I tookcapture the enemy commanderquest from the captain. I was helping them with the quest and died during it. We completed it and returned to the village and I received the unlock and the crystals and showed complete in my quest journal.

This phase 3 I took Dageerin's quest and completed it for the branch. One day before this phase 4, I checked with the captain to see if it was live or not and he still showed me the last phase 3 quest options of capturing the commander or taking down the shield generator. The day the current phase 4 hit I went back to the village and talked to the captain and received good job and take some R&R message.

Not sure if it helps but I found it odd also he still showed me imcomplete as far as talking to him for the last phase 3 quest but yet I showed it complete.

I have read alot of the diffrent post on Phase 4 and was wondering if anyone died durring the Phase 3 quest but still got the unlock. I died durring the quest and thought it was over for me so i returned to help out my bud and cover him in his run. Well upon returning i received a message saying that i compleated the quest. BUT..... when i open my crystal and choose the option for hideing compleated quests i show the phase 3 quest still there with a complete with it. I still got my unlock and have trained in that branch as well. I havent seen anyone post on this and was wondering if any body eles has the same problem. i figgued it might be the reason why i cant take the Phase 4 quest.

Well i took the Melee Acc quest last phase 3 and i did not die. I still got the bug this phase. I waited for a week to see if anything would be done, and after that i decided to take the healing quest. Finished that quest and got the unlock. Now i find out that the bug was fixed, so i thought the devs would cut people like me a brake and allow us to take the phase 4 combat quest Melee defese quest still, but now when i talk to the cpt i get I am too busy working on other things. I guess its better then the R&R message i originaly got withough even doing any quest for phase 4.
