Get both crystals for phase 3 combat quest? Everyone I talk to has no idea if I need to be just in a grp or if I need someone whos also working the quest grouped with me.

I think one person has to power down the force field and another has to capture the commander and escort him. That should get both of you both of the crystals.

To get both the focused crystal and the special color lightsaber crystal you must do the quest with someone else.

You can be in a group with more then two people, but the people who get the reward is the one who disables the shield and the other person who actually captures the commander and escorts him. If only one of you do both then you will not get the extra reward. Good luck on your mission.

Getting in a group with more than two people will cause you more grief than it is worth. take more people yes but stay in a group of two. The base will spawn an avarage of 4 to 6 sith thugs per person in your group. If you want to keep the mission simple. just stay in a group of two and take friends with you outside the group. I think it makes it much easier.
