So luck does nothing? It is suppoed to do anything? Will it ever be fixed?
I do not have this skill but if IT was good I might take it up. after I go glowy.
Looting uber kryat tissues and armor cores all the time would bring in some nice $$$

That's what it supposed to do. Like Elemtal damage is suppoed to have a differnet armor modifer form base damage but it doesn't.

I've had it for ages now .. (pub 9) and I can say I never noticed it doing anything up until today, but that must have been a random lucky streak.

I've noticed a large difference since I got all the Luck skills recently. Mostly I'm looting a noticeably larger amount of credits from each npc. I went from looting an average of 300 credits from each npc, to an average of 800 credits after getting +4 Luck. The money really adds up after a while.
Also, it seems as ifI'm looting items a lot more often then before. Of course it's the same olditems as before: clothes, low end skill tapes, cdef rifles, etc.
But there has been more of them dropping for me.

all I've noticed is getting an astonishing 10-60 credits more per loot, not better items or anything...kinda disappointing

I can confirm that yes, it does affect credit drop amounts. As for items, since training up the luck branch I have noticed an increase in the amount of items I get from Krayt's and Nightsisters. But then again, this may just be well....Luck

Yes, it is very easy. You can find everything you need right around the FS Village. You have to have Novice Artisan, and it was in Phase 3, so you have quite a long time to wait, but yes, it's very easy.
