oh thats right, empty banks and nothing to show.
So, if it only takes you an hour to cap then why are you only getting 60K FS Xp a day?
Most of the buffs that are available last 3 hours minimum. Seeing as it takes about 15-20 mins to get to the village, trade in and back again, why on earth are you not capping yourself again?
You said you were having fun right?
Think of it this way if you will. You will have to do a minimum of 1 hour (since that is what you said it takes you to cap) EVERYDAY for the next 120 days. Granted, you are killing NPC's, getting loots, getting FP and/or having "fun" as you say.
Now, a person who uses grenades can do 1 3-hour buff and get 300K FS Xp. That means that they only have to "grind FS" for 4 days to fill an entire branch.
You asked "what do you guys get"?
More free time to go do whatever they want. They do not have to go kill anything. They can spend their time exploring the vast planets. They can go collect additional POI's that they might have not gotten yet. They can go participate in guild hunts and loot hunts. They can run NPC missions for "decorative" items. Or they can just simply hang back and do nothing. While you are grinding everyday for the next 120 days straight to meet your "quota", these people get something that I think matters most in SWG. Free time to do whatever they want.

Well I don't know about this guy, but my reason not to cap twice in one buff session is because its really boring kill rancors for an hour to an hour and a half.

Many of you aren't even considering another situation that people could be in. Someone could be in the situation where they didnt grind much FSxp in the beginning. All of a sudden you unlock your last phase and you are looking at 3 branches to fill. No time restrictions. Dont have to wait to unlock any more branches, just FSxp to do. Well I'll be damned if any one of you is going to take the longer way when padawan could be achieved more quickly with grenades.

This was what i did. I made the mistake of not grinding any fs xp for a long while. Now i've unlocked all the trees and others, i really regret not doing any grinding hehe. So instead i've taken up commando and am doing it that way.
Specially since i get very little in game time. I usually have enough time to get 100k fs xp before i need to go afk again.
So nades work really well for me. And since i've been doing that, i'm almost done with the grind. couple more trees to go and i'm finished. Weekends are nice too, since i can stay up in the night while wife and kids sleep, so i get to grind out about 800k fsxp on a weekend. Without grenades, i'd still be doing my first tree

Well as for not template altering... Im TKM and Im only using C-12 grenades. I still get 4500-5000 combat xp per kill.. just takes a little longer.
I'm still doing double my FS xp every night in less time.
I wake early togo to work.. doing my TK grind for 60K FS xp per night.. was taking all my night of gaming.. until i ended up going to bed.
Now I'm getting double my FS xp.. in less time.. so I can stop playing aftter turning in xp.. and not just grind til I goto sleep.
Yes it costs more.. but I only had 6 boxes left to grind.. I just started on Nades last friday.. first weekend I got myself 500K FS xp.
Something that would have taken me a full 7 days to complete.
I'm glad some people are happy to be pounding away for FS xp.. but I've burnt out on this game 2 times so far.. for HOLO grinding... and now FS grinding.
I'm comin on 2 years trying for Jedi..bout time I sped it up with this tactic.
I call it, "a Light at the end of the tunnel"
Anyway have fun however you do your grind.. I'm planning on my second old man visit this weekend.

the way i see it is if i use grenades to blow through the FS crap, i wont be as burnt out as i would be grinding with normal weapons, so therefore more likely to keep playing my jedi when i get it, instead of just saying "screw this, i dont wanna grind for another 6 months to get knight", and then selling my account

well whatever i finished the 'grind' in exactly the same time as it took me to get the unlocks.
it was mearly a post to help out those that dont have alot of time to play that it can be done without the grenades in a 'normal' fashion that doesnt have to alter there template etc.
If this was true, then I believe your comments were simply there to prove that you are somehow superior to anyone that did choose to use grenades.

I understand that you chose to keep your current template as it is and still finish the FS grind. Congrats.
But by putting down everyone else who does not have the time to grind everyday for 120 days straight, your point is actually favoring that of the grenades means of grinding.
What about the person who can only log in 3 days a week?
Is that person an "idjut" and "sad" because they chose to use grenades to assist them in completing the FS grind?
Is that person an "idjut" and "sad" because they don't have the time due to the fact that they have other obligations in their life that prevent them from spending everyday grinding?
Ofcourse not. It is these people whom I actually encourage to use the grenades method.
You are entitled to your own opinions, just as everyone else is. But how insulting people and labeling them makes your point more correct is simply beyond me.
